Historic Downtown Greensburg MapThe Downtown Greensburg Development Corporation d/b/a The Alma Taylor Foundation (ATF) is an Indiana not-for-profit corporation located in Greensburg, Indiana.

Since 2009, the Alma Taylor Foundation has awarded more than $476,000 to enhance Greensburg’s Historic Downtown District by distributing grant monies for projects that will protect and enhance commercial buildings in the Historic District.

The downtown square is a vital part of the Greensburg community, and the purpose of the ATF is to encourage and assist in the maintenance and improvement of commercial buildings located in the district.

In order to fulfill this purpose, the ATF administers a grant program wherein grant funds may be awarded for the maintenance and improvement of qualifying buildings.
